About the Role:
We are looking for an Associate Account Manager - Sales to drive business growth and manage customer relationships in the video surveillance and security solutions industry.

The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, understanding customer requirements and promoting technology-driven security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop current business opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with internal technical and pre-sales teams for customer requirements.
- Develop business across enterprise and government customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.




- Track market trends, competitors and new business opportunities.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations and product demonstrations as required.
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B Sales / Account Management / Business Development.
- Experience in video surveillance, electronic security, VMS, AI, IoT or IT/technology solutions will be preferred.
- Experience handling enterprise and/or government customers.
- Strong account management and customer relationship skills.
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and convert them into sales.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings as required.
