Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, references, and cold calling.
- Promote and sell TallyPrime Software, AMC, Cloud Solutions, WhatsApp Business API (WABA), and related services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.

Field Visits & Client Meetings:
- Conduct regular market visits to acquire new customers.
- Meet business owners, accountants, and decision-makers.
- Demonstrate software features and business benefits.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.

Customer Support & Training:
- Coordinate software installation and implementation.
- Provide basic product demonstrations and training.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups.
- Support clients during renewals and upgrades.

Relationship Management:
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Collect customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities.




- Ensure timely renewal of licenses, AMC contracts, and subscriptions.

Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Positive presentation and customer-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of TallyPrime or Accounting Software preferred.
- Basic understanding of Sales and Business Development.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

Qualification:
- Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BCA, BA, MBA preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.

Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in Field Sales, Software Sales, IT Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Experience in Tally, ERP, SaaS, or IT Solutions will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
