Position Summary The Senior Administrative Technical Assistant provides advanced administrative and technical support within a fast-paced IT environment. This role combines traditional administrative responsibilities with specialized technical coordination, including managing organizational structures and supporting procurement processes such as ACC (Automated Cost Center) submissions.
The position requires robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple technical teams while handling confidential information and supporting leadership initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Administrative Analytical Support: Prepare, analyze, and maintain complex reports by compiling data from multiple sources. Perform detailed data analysis using Excel and internal reporting platforms. Audit documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance,
and support leadership with presentations and decision-support materials.
- Technical Coordination Organizational Support: Maintain and update organizational charts for technical teams to reflect current structures. Ensure organizational data aligns with internal systems and serve as the main coordination point between technical teams, leadership, and administrative functions.
- Procurement Operational Support: Submit and track ACC (Automated Cost Center) requests for hardware, software, and services. Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely fulfillment, track request statuses, and secure proper approvals.
- Project Process Support: Manage small-scale projects by tracking deliverables and timelines. Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and assist in implementing improvements across the organization.
