Sales & E-commerce Executive

Location: Inara Home Decor

Full-Time | 6 Days a Week

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Assist customers in selecting products and provide personalized recommendations.

⁠ ⁠Convert inquiries into sales and confidently upsell complementary products.

⁠ ⁠Build strong relationships with premium customers and maintain a luxury shopping experience.

⁠ ⁠Process online orders and coordinate deliveries.

⁠ ⁠Manage returns, exchanges, and customer support requests.

⁠ ⁠Update product listings, inventory, and pricing on e-commerce platforms.

⁠ ⁠Follow up with customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements:
⁠ ⁠Excellent spoken and written English.

⁠ ⁠Strong customer handling, communication, and sales skills.

⁠ ⁠Experience dealing with high-end or premium customers.





⁠ ⁠Ability to sell high-value products and close sales confidently.

⁠ ⁠Strong upselling and relationship-building skills.

⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, or similar e-commerce platforms.

⁠ ⁠Qualified appearance, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

Experience

⁠ ⁠1-3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, luxury retail, home décor, furniture, lifestyle, or e-commerce.

⁠ ⁠Prior experience in a showroom or premium retail environment is preferred.

Work Schedule

⁠ ⁠6 days a week (1 weekly off)

Salary based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
