About the Role

RedNek Corporate Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Assist in attendance, leave management, and HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and administrative tasks.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 0-1 year of experience in HR or Recruitment (Freshers are encouraged to apply).




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a qualified work ethic.
