About the Role:
We're looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Specialist who lives and breathes digital content. You'll be responsible for growing our presence across multiple platforms, engaging with our community, and bringing fresh, out-of-the-box ideas that make people stop scrolling.

Key Responsibilities:
Content & Community Management
- Manage and grow our presence across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Google My Business, and emerging platforms
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content tailored to each platform's unique audience and format
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all channels in a timely, authentic manner
- Build genuine relationships with followers through meaningful engagement and conversation

Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute creative campaigns to increase followers and engagement organically
- Analyze platform insights and metrics to understand what content resonates and optimize accordingly
- Stay ahead of social media trends,

- Experiment with new content formats, features, and platform tools to maximize reach

Creative Ideation
- Think beyond conventional social media tactics and bring innovative ideas to the table
- Identify opportunities for viral moments, trending conversations, and brand-building initiatives
- Collaborate on content calendars that balance promotional content with value-driven posts
- Suggest and test new platforms or features that align with our audience

What We're Looking For:
- 0-3 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts (personal projects, internships, or qualified roles count)
- Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement
- Deep understanding of how different platforms work and what content performs best on each
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences
