VJX Investments is a New Delhi-based family office investment firm being built from the ground up. We invest in listed and unlisted equities across Indian markets, with a focus on identifying high-quality businesses with durable competitive advantages. The firm is in its earliest phase — the team, systems, brand, and processes are all being established now, with the longer-term goal of a recognised investment platform and eventually a formal structure to manage external capital.

About the Role
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant position. The title reflects the reporting line, but the work is closer to entrepreneurial first employee and operational co-builder of the firm. No background in finance or capital markets is needed — this role is about building everything around the investment work, not the investment work itself. You'll have a hand in almost every non-investment function of the business: infrastructure, brand,



design, content, hiring, and operations, plus whatever else comes up as the founder takes on current initiatives beyond the core investment business. Priorities here shift fast, and the ability to pivot and pick up ad hoc responsibility without losing your footing matters as much as any single skill on this list.

Key Responsibilities
- Technology and infrastructure_
- Identify and manage outsourced vendors for technical work such as website design and IT support — owning vendor selection, briefing, and quality, not doing the technical build yourself
- Extend the same setup and organisation to other early-stage initiatives as they come up
- Brand, content and design_
- Take ownership of how the website and other public-facing materials look and feel — a real eye for design matters here
- Contribute ideas on brand and content and execute on what we decide to move with
- Hiring and team buil
