Job Opening: Office Administrator - Pink Wave Dance Studio

Are you a highly organized and motivated individual looking to manage the daily operations of a thriving dance studio? Pink Wave Dance Studio is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to oversee all business and administrative functions for our four branches.

Responsibilities:
- Customer Handling: Greet and assist recent and existing students, answer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service across all four locations.
- Fees & Admissions: Manage student admissions, handle fee collection, and perform follow-ups to ensure timely payments for every branch.
- Operational Management: Ensure the smooth daily operation of all four studios, including maintenance and general business administration.
- Reporting & Data Management: Maintain accurate records and prepare comprehensive reports on admissions, fees, and operational metrics for all branches.
- Batch Scheduling: Assist with scheduling and managing class timings to optimize resources and accommodate students across all locations.





Qualification : Graduate/ Post Graduate

Requirements:
- 0-2 Yr of experience in an administrative or management role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently across different locations.
- Must have a two-wheeler for travel between branches.

Job Details:
- Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month + Incentives
- Working Hours (preferred): 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
