Job Title: Brand Manager - Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute the overall brand strategy for ADIT Group and its subsidiaries.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines, visual identity, messaging, and communication standards.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, events, and marketing communications.
- Conduct brand audits and recommend growth strategies.

2. Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, PR, and events.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for recent products and business initiatives.
- Manage marketing budgets and measure campaign effectiveness.

Digital Marketing & Content
- Drive content strategy including brochures, case studies, presentations, videos, and thought leadership.
- Execute SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, and performance marketing initiatives.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Business Development, and Operations teams.
- Work closely with the leadership team to strengthen brand positioning.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and external vendors.

5. Analytics & Team Development
- Define marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights.
- Build and mentor the marketing team as the organization grows.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA / PG Diploma in Marketing or Brand Management
- 6-10 Years of experience in Brand Management or Integrated Marketing
- Experience managing multiple brands or business portfolios
- Expertise in developing and implementi
