Job Title: Telesales Executive/ Senior Telesales Executive
Location: Zirakpur (Near Cosmo Mall), Chandigarh Tricity
Salary: Rs. 15,000- 25,000/ month (in hand
- no deductions) + Monthly Incentives (Upto Rs. 25,000+)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential and existing customers via phone, introduce our products and services, and address queries.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
- Promote and sell Meadbery’s nutritional products and services.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.
- Upsell relevant products and services.
- Manage customer data and sales pipeline through our CRM system.
- Follow up on leads generated through our marketing campaigns.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 1-3 years’ experience in Telesales, preferably in a D2C supplement environment.




- Strong command of English and Hindi (Hinglish fluency a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport over phone and in person
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and basic MS Office
- Empathetic listener, solution-oriented mindset, and commitment to client confidentiality
