Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build a pipeline of potential sponsors (fashion, beauty, lifestyle, retail, and allied brands) for the event.
- Develop and pitch tailored sponsorship packages and proposals to prospective partners.
- Own the full sales cycle — outreach, negotiation, and closing — to meet or exceed sponsorship revenue targets.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with sponsors, brand managers, and marketing teams.
- Coordinate with the event and marketing teams to ensure sponsor deliverables (branding, stage presence, media mentions, etc.) are fulfilled.
- Prepare sponsorship decks,



contracts, and post-event reports for partners.
- Track outreach, pipeline, and revenue against targets, and report progress regularly.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development, partnerships, or a related field (events, media, or fashion industry experience preferred).
- Demonstrated track record of closing sponsorship or B2B sales deals.
- Strong network and relationship-building skills within brand and marketing circles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working with deadlines tied to a live event.
- Prior experience in fashion, events, or entertainment industry sponsorships is a robust plus.
