The Role
We are seeking an independent Accounts & Purchase Executive to handle daily financial operations, manage procurement tasks, and support our senior finance team.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Daily Accounting: Accurately record all daily transactions (Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments) in Tally Prime and maintain the daily Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS).
- Purchase & Procurement: Source and evaluate vendor quotations. Prepare clear price comparison charts and negotiate rates to help management finalize cost-effective purchases.
- Payables & Receivables: Independently manage vendor payouts, process employee petty cash/expenses, and actively follow up on pending client payments.
- Tax & Compliance Support: Prepare accurate working data for monthly GST and TDS returns to assist the CA with month-end and year-end closing.
Requirements:
- Education:
B.Com or M.Com degree.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in accounting and basic procurement.
- Core Skills: Strong practical expertise in Tally Prime and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
- Knowledge: Transparent understanding of Indian taxation (GST, TDS) and vendor management.
- Work Style: Detail-oriented, honest, and highly capable of managing daily tasks without needing constant supervision.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
