Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design creative posts for Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create banners, brochures, flyers, posters, standees, and marketing materials.
- Design hiring creatives, festival posts, promotional campaigns, and corporate branding materials.
- Create presentation designs (PPTs) and company profile designs.
- Edit images, retouch photos, and create visually appealing layouts.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and HR teams for campaign requirements.
- Ensure all designs align with the company's branding guidelines.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and creative tools.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, and Figma.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects (preferred).
- Robust understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.




- Creativity with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Graphic Designing (Freshers with an excellent portfolio may also apply).
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative work.

Preferred Qualities
- Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of social media design trends and branding.

Salary

₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)

Office Timing

09:30 AM - 06:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
