Responsibilities:
- Follow up regularly with customers on quotations, order confirmations, deliveries, and pending payments.
- Maintain communication and documentation related to ongoing projects.
- Coordinate effectively between customers, distributors, dealers, and the factory to ensure smooth order execution.
- Handle pre-order and post-order documentation, including vendor registration and other customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, customer data, ISO documentation, and other office files.
- Manage the complete order process—from receiving inquiries and preparing quotations to order execution, dispatch coordination, and payment follow-up.
- Support day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
