HR Executive

Location: Kamareddy, Telangana

Work Mode: In-Person

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Schedule and coordinate interviews with the management.

Conduct initial HR screening interviews.

Prepare offer letters and manage employee onboarding.

Coordinate joining formalities and induction for current employees.

Payroll & Salary Processing

Process monthly payroll for teaching and non-teaching staff.

Calculate salaries based on attendance, leave, deductions, and other payroll components.

Prepare and issue salary slips.

Coordinate salary processing with the Accounts Department.

Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure confidentiality.

Resolve employee queries related to salary and payroll.

HR Operations

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Manage attendance and leave records.

Handle employee onboarding, confirmations, and exit formalities.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable labor regulations.





Support employee engagement and performance management activities.

Administration

Prepare HR reports and maintain HR records.

Coordinate with school management on HR-related activities.

Ensure smooth day-to-day HR and administrative operations.

Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or B.Tech in any discipline.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Executive or HR Generalist.

Hands-on experience in Recruitment, Payroll Processing, Salary Calculation, Attendance Management, Employee Onboarding, and HR Administration is mandatory.

Experience in the Education/School sector will be an added advantage.
