The Role

We are looking for a proactive, high-energy, and "food-obsessed" Business Development Executive to lead our sales and lead generation efforts. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your primary focus will be identifying high-potential restaurants and cafes, reaching out to decision-makers, and pitching our creative marketing services. If you love discovering new food spots and have the communication skills to turn a cold lead into an active partnership, you will fit right in.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Research: Identify and map out potential restaurant clients, new food outlets, and hospitality brands in Ahmedabad and key target regions.
- Pitching & Presentations: Understand prospective clients' current digital presence, identify gaps, and present tailored marketing proposals demonstrating how Northbound Socials can help them grow.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups with warm leads and maintaining clear records of interactions.
- Collaboration:



Coordinate with our creative and client-servicing teams to ensure a smooth transition of newly acquired clients.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on local food trends, current restaurant openings, and competitor activity to identify fresh business opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Fluency in English: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. You must be able to confidently articulate marketing concepts and negotiate with business owners and decision-makers.
- Passion for the Food Business: A genuine interest in the F&B; and hospitality industry. If you spend your free time exploring new eateries, following food bloggers, and keeping up with food trends, you will find it much easier to connect with our target clients.
