This Position reports to:
Head of Design,Architecture&Integration;

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage identity and access governance processes, including user provisioning, access reviews, approval workflows, remediation activities, and compliance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, GRC, audit, and security requirements by conducting access audits, risk assessments, and implementing appropriate mitigation controls.
- Collaborate with IT Security, Internal Audit, Business Process Owners, and System Administrators to design, optimize, and maintain secure access management solutions.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, workflow designs, and system architecture recommendations,



while driving continuous improvement, change management, and user training initiatives.

Qualifications for the role:
- Bachelor Degree or post graduation in IT/Finance/Business Administration or similar field
- Certification in SAP IAM or UME or similar is desired
- 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), security architecture, or process design and 5+ years of experience designing and implementing UAM solutions in enterprise ERP environments (preferably SAP S/4 HANA).
- Solid background in compliance management, access governance, and regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR and audit standards)
