Roles & Responsibilities

What You’ll Own
- Product Innovation & Development
- Drive end-to-end development of beauty and personal care products from concept to commercialization.
- Translate consumer needs, market insights, and trends into current product opportunities.
- Collaborate with formulation partners and manufacturers to develop, test, and refine product samples.
- Lead product trials, testing cycles, and quality enhancements.
- Benchmark global and domestic beauty brands to identify innovation opportunities.

Vendor & Manufacturing Partnerships
- Identify and collaborate with third-party manufacturers and suppliers.
- Manage product development timelines, costing, and production readiness.
- Ensure quality standards and performance benchmarks are consistently met.

Packaging & Product Experience
- Work on packaging development aligned with brand positioning and functionality.
- Evaluate materials, aesthetics, and cost efficiency.
- Partner with packaging vendors through sampling and finalization.





Regulatory & Quality Compliance
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and industry standards.
- Maintain product documentation, specifications, and certifications.
- ration with marketing, operations, and design teams.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.
- Optimize product cost without compromising quality or experience.

Commercial & Cross-Functional Execution
- Support product launches in collaboration with marketing, operations, and design teams.

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
