About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven Growth Marketer to lead paid acquisition through Google Ads.

This role goes far beyond campaign management.

You will be responsible for designing and scaling high-performance acquisition systems, optimizing customer acquisition funnels, and turning advertising into a predictable growth engine.





You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to continuously improve:
- Conversion funnels
- Attribution models
- Customer acquisition economics

This is a high ownership role with direct impact on revenue growth.

What You Will Do

Build Scalable Acquisition Systems
- Architect and manage high-performance campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max:
- Develop scalable keyword targeting and bidding strategies
- Build systems for testing creatives, messaging, and landing pages

Drive Data-Driven Growth

Use tools like:
- Google Analytics:
- Google Tag Manager:
- Google Ads

to analyze user behaviour, attribution, and conversion performance.

You will:
- Identify growth opportunities
- Build testing frameworks
- Optimize acquisition cost and conversion rates

Own Performance Metrics

You will directly influence key business metrics including:
- Customer Acquisi
