Position:Store Executive

Location:Kathwada GIDC, Nikol, Ahmedabad

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Executive for daily stores operations. The incumbent will manage incoming material, inventory accuracy, SAP entries, material issuance and material dispatch, will monitor the work of helpers, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth material movement.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inward/outward activities & records, material issues, and dispatch using FIFO/FEFO rules.
- Perform GRPO/MIGO, goods issues, stock transfers, and verify delivery challans, invoice, and transport documents.
- Manage & control the inventory and stock records.Conduct cycle counting and physical verification to minimize stock variances. Immediately inform HOD regarding stock shortages or variance.
- Ensure proper bin location of material and ensure the material storage and movement as per Lean Standards.
- Allocate daily tasks to helpers and maintain 5S floor housekeeping,



and ensure that safety standards are followed in stores staff.
- Coordinate with other departments and ensure balance of demand and supply, and provide the required material on time.
- Plan and coordinate for dispatch as per schedules, and keep the seniors informed about probable delays with reasons.

Education: Graduate or Diploma holder.

Experience: 3 to 6 years in store/warehouse operations (Engineering/Manufacturing preferred).

Skills & Abilities:
- Hands-on experience of working in SAP with MIGO, Goods Issue, and inventory tracking.
- Knowledge & experience of inventory management with highest accuracy.
- Communication skills and efficient coordination.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
