AI AUTOMATION ENGINEER (3-5+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE ONLY)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Automation Engineer who can design, build, and deploy AI-powered automation systems that improve business operations and productivity. This role requires someone who has real-world experience implementing production-ready AI workflows, integrating APIs, and building scalable automation solutions.

This is NOT a fresher role. We are looking for professionals with a proven track record of delivering production-level automation projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered automation workflows using no-code/low-code platforms.
- Build AI agents and workflow automations using platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Relay.app, or similar tools. Integrate OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and other LLM APIs into automation workflows.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation performance.
- Document workflows and maintain scalable automation systems.

Required Skills:
3-5+ years of hands-on experience in automation engineering or AI workflow automation.



Strong expertise in n8n, Make (Integromat), Zapier, or equivalent automation platforms.

Experience integrating AI models such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLMs. Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and authentication methods.

Experience working with Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion, HubSpot, Slack, Discord, Gmail, and other SaaS platforms.

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

Experience building AI agents and multi-agent workflows.

Familiarity with vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Basic understanding of JavaScript or Python for advanced workflow customization.

Experience with CRM, marketing, sales, or business process automation.
