The role requires flexibility to work from the office, on the ground during flight operations, and remotely whenever required.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate confidently with both domestic and international guests in English and Hindi.
- Welcome and assist guests during balloon flight operations.
- Ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Coordinate with pilots, drivers, and the ground operations team for seamless daily operations.
- Handle on-ground activities and assist in managing flight operations efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and overall service quality.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Be available to work on-site as well as remotely whenever operational requirements demand.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (Tourism/Hospitality preferred).




- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident in interacting with international clients.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage guests and coordinate ground operations.
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays based on flight schedules.
