Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery.
- Deliver an exceptional customer shopping experience.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Explain jewellery features, purity, certifications, pricing, and making charges.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and POS transactions accurately.
- Manage product displays and ensure showroom presentation standards.
- Coordinate with inventory and stock teams for product availability.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Follow company policies regarding security, billing, and customer service.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong selling and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge of gold, diamond, silver,



and precious jewellery.
- Understanding of hallmarking and jewellery certifications is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment.

Eligibility
- Minimum Graduate (preferred)
- 2-6 years of jewellery retail sales experience.
- Experience with brands such as Tanishq, CaratLane, Malabar Gold, Kalyan Jewellers, Joyalukkas, Senco Gold, PC Jeweller, TBZ, PNG Jewellers, BlueStone, Bhima Jewellers, Khazana Jewellery, Jos Alukkas, Mia by Tanishq, Zoya, Candere, Reliance Jewels, or similar jewellery retailers is preferred.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Versatile to work weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
