Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesDispatch & Logistics
- Prepare Invoice and execute daily dispatch plans as per sales orders.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of finished goods.
- Verify product quantity, batch numbers, and documentation before dispatch.
- Maintain dispatch records and shipment tracking details and update the same on Barcode scanning System(Track and Trace).

Barcode Scanning & Track & Trace
- Operate barcode scanning systems for product identification and movement tracking.
- Ensure 100% scanning compliance during receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
- Maintain track & trace records as per company and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate and resolve barcode scanning discrepancies.

Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records.




- Conduct periodic stock verification and cycle counting.
- Report inventory discrepancies and assist in reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage and FIFO/FEFO compliance.

System & Software Operations
- Work efficiently on computer systems and inventory software.
- Operate Marg ERP for stock and dispatch management.
- Utilize Let's Verify software for barcode verification and traceability activities.
- Maintain data accuracy and timely system updates.
- Knowledge of E-Way Bills and E-Invoicing

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
