Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire new clients.
- Meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain solid client relationships.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate freight rates.
- Coordinate with Operations and Pricing teams for smooth execution.
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
