Position: Production Supervisor (In-House)
- Location: Dehgam, Gandhinagar

- Role Objective:
- To lead and supervise end-to-end production operations, ensuring efficient execution of

manufacturing plans while maintaining quality, compliance, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and manage shop-floor manpower
- Plan and execute production schedules as per targets and timelines
- Ensure optimum utilization of machines, manpower, and resources
- Coordinate closely with QC, Store, and Maintenance departments
- Monitor productivity, reduce downtime, and control wastage
- Ensure strict adherence to GMP, SOPs, and safety standards
- Maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR), logs, and documentation
- Handle line setup, changeovers, and process optimization




- Identify process improvements and implement best practices

Mandatory Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in cosmetics manufacturing industry
- Hands-on experience in managing production lines (filling, packing, labelling, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and production documentation
- Experience in handling manpower and shop-floor operations
