Job Description: Field Sales Manager (B2B)

Location: Chandigarh Tricity and Solan
Salary: Fixed + Attractive Incentives
Experience: Preferred in Field Sales (B2B)

Multiple positions available( Executive/Manager/Assistant manager)

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients in the assigned area.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with businesses to drive sales.
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring revenue growth.
- Maintain a sales pipeline and update reports regularly.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation.
- Gather market insights and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies.

Requirements:
- 3-6 years experience in field sales (B2B) is preferred.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.




- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Willing to travel within Chandigarh Tricity and nearby areas.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
