Description and Requirements:
- '- To ensure the NPI performance of India 2nd EMS - Neolync Tirupati Plant. Need On-site strong support for Neolync.
- Ensure the readiness of NPI 4M during each Tollgates (PVT, Pilot, Ramp, & Approval).
- Ensure to execute the NPI activities E2E along with CFT effectively.
- On-Time NPI Product delivery with committed FCSQ.
- Identify Projects risks & prepare mitigation plans.
- Escalate the issues/risks well in advance to CFT, management & seek support.
- Attend/lead project meetings (Internal & external) and secure the project's deliverables on time.
- Product qualifications & approval on time.
- Line Qualifications, PSO approval.
