Your roles and responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process architecture and solution design across ABB’s global finance systems, including defining and driving the technology roadmap for future enhancements and transformation initiatives.
- Lead business requirements discussions and solution workshops, translating business needs into scalable system solutions while determining the optimal use of standard functionality, enhancements, and process workarounds.
- Drive continuous improvement by maintaining process design documentation, identifying and resolving recurring design issues, recommending architecture improvements and current technologies, and promoting adherence to corporate finance and IS standards and policies.





Qualifications for the Role:
- Bachelor Degree or post graduation in Economics/Finance/Accounting/Business Engineering or similar field
- Certification in Basware, SAP FICO or S/4 HANA ideally in Central Finance is desired
- 10+ years of work experience in Finance and Accounting or business operations or with ERP Centre of Excellence, of which at least 5+ years of process design and solutioning experience covering P2P.
- Proven track record of visualization and creating solution designs, leading design thinking sessions for a specific service line solution and leading implementation teams for respective solutions.
- SAP FSCM experience is critical for this role.
- Solid track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams, including P2P business process owners, IT teams, and external vendors, to deliver business-aligned technology solutions.
