Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage daily service operations, coordinate with customers and mechanics, ensure timely service completion, and maintain a smooth operational workflow.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily service bookings and job assignments.
- Coordinate with customers, mechanics, and internal teams.
- Track service progress and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Maintain service records and prepare daily reports.
- Follow company processes and SOPs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Operations, Customer Support, or the Automobile industry.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
