Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Generate current business leads for recruitment and staffing services.
- Schedule client meetings (online/offline) to understand hiring requirements.
- Present Skillgenic's recruitment services and explain the hiring process.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close recruitment agreements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.




- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely closure of client requirements.
- Maintain lead data, follow-ups, and sales reports using Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly business development and client acquisition targets.
- Stay updated with market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:
- 6 Months - 3 Years of experience in Business Development, Sales, B2B Sales, Client Acquisition, or Recruitment Consultancy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, client meetings, and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and work independently.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.

Experience in recruitment consultancy, HR services, staffing, B2B sales, or corporate sales.
Existing network with HR professionals or corporate clients will be an added advantage.
