- Design and develop high-quality, customer-oriented technical documentation for complex broadband access products, aligning with SDLC, DDLC, and structured writing principles.
- Independently manage documentation schedules and deliverables, ensuring timely releases that align with product development timelines.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including PLM, R&D;, and Test to gather accurate technical information for documentation.
- Develop and maintain documentation and integrate content into web-based publications using Markup (Asciidoc/XML)/Markdown languages
- Use various authoring tools like Arbortext, Oxygen XML, and graphic editors (e.g., SnagIt)

You have:
- Bachelor Degree with 7-12 years of experience in technical documentation, preferably in the Telecommunications or Optical Networking domain.
- Proven expertise in structured writing principles, the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and the Documentation Development Life Cycle (DDLC).
- Solid proficiency in XML authoring tools (e.g., Arbortext or Oxygen) and graphic tools (e.g., SnagIt, CorelDraw).
- Familiarity with Markup languages (like XML, Asciidoc) and Markdown.
