We’re looking for an Amazon Store Manager to take ownership of our Amazon store’s overall performance, operations, growth, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the Amazon store.
- Develop strategies to increase sales, revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Monitor key metrics including sales, conversion rate, traffic, Buy Box %, account health, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and maintain excellent account health.
- Identify growth opportunities through product expansion, competitor analysis, market trends, and customer insights.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with relevant teams to avoid stockouts and overstocking.
- Oversee product listing creation, optimization, catalog management, SEO, and A+ Content.
- Resolve listing issues, suppressed listings, stranded inventory, variations, and catalog errors.
- Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns and monitor ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Coordinate promotions, deals, coupons, and seasonal campaigns.




- Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations to management.
- Lead and guide Listing Specialists and other e-commerce team members.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience.:
- Proven experience managing and leading an e-commerce/Amazon team.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon operations, listing optimization, Amazon SEO, and catalog management.
- Experience managing sales, revenue, conversion, profitability, and store KPIs.
- Working knowledge of Amazon PPC and advertising metrics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team-management skills.
- Adaptable to work onsite in timing 9AM-5PM EST
