Key Responsibilities:
- Project Monitoring: Monitor the quality of work to meet the required standards and specifications. Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Reporting: Regularly report progress to the senior management team. Assist in preparing progress reports, site reports, and other documentation.
- Material Management: Monitor the procurement and usage of materials on-site, ensuring cost-effective and effective usage.
- Troubleshooting: Identify any issues or potential delays and provide solutions to keep the project on track.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Language Skills: Basic proficiency in English and Hindi, with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in site management, project coordination, and understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
