Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with students and parents to provide information about courses, programs, and admission procedures.
- Understand students’ educational goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.
- Assist in organizing counselling sessions, seminars, and workshops.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth student onboarding.
- Support the counselling team in achieving admission and conversion targets.Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in counselling, customer service, or a related role (education industry preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal and listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
