About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Head to lead the design and delivery of enterprise learning solutions for IT organizations. This is a strategic leadership role that involves working closely with enterprise clients, understanding their technology and learning requirements, architecting customized solutions, supporting commercial proposals, and ensuring successful delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Client Engagement
- Partner with enterprise IT leaders to understand technology ecosystems and business learning objectives.
- Conduct skills gap assessments and design learning roadmaps.
- Lead discovery sessions and solution discussions with enterprise clients.
- Ensure learning solutions effectively address client skill gaps.

Solution Design & Commercial Ownership
- Design scalable and customized learning solutions using the Techademy platform.




- Review and approve learning architecture, curriculum, and delivery methodology.
- Validate solutions with internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales teams on proposals, pricing, and delivery plans.

Program Governance
- Design solutions across technologies including:
- Cloud
- Data Engineering
- Artificial Intelligence
- Cybersecurity
- DevOps
- Software Testing
- Full Stack Development (Java, Python, MERN, C#, etc.)
- Review and approve technical program outlines.
- Customize learning programs based on client technology landscape.
- Work closely with curriculum teams to ensure industry-relevant content.

Trainer & Delivery Management
- Define evaluation standards for trainers.
- Allocate trainers based on technical expertise and project complexity.
- Oversee trainer onboarding and ensure delivery quality.

Client Relationship Management
- Lead governance meetings and executiv
