HR Executive/Manager

Experience: 5-8 Years (Minimum In Construction/Manufacturing)

Qualification: BBA/MBA (HR/IR)

Location: Head Office (Begusarai, Bihar)

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Design job descriptions, source talent, manage the interview process, and conduct new employee orientations.
- Employee Relations: Mediate workplace disputes, address grievances, and handle disciplinary issues to maintain team morale and harmony.
- Performance Management: Oversee evaluation systems, guide managers on giving constructive feedback, and facilitate career development plans.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, health insurance, and reward programs while ensuring they are competitive within the market.
- Compliance:



Update and enforce HR policies to guarantee strict adherence to regional labor laws and safety standards.

Essential Skills
- Interpersonal & Communication: High emotional intelligence to build trust and navigate sensitive, confidential situations.
- Conflict Resolution: Robust mediation skills to address and solve workplace conflicts effectively.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to use HR metrics and software to evaluate organizational trends and workforce planning.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
