Objective Of This Role: (Brief description of the role, why are we hiring, and what will person in this role do) Background about IT EOC:
- Package creation (Jamf Composer, PKG files)
- Manage File Vault encryption




- Manage App Store and third-party software using Jamf
- Schedule macOS updates and patches using Jamf
- Configure Automated Device Enrollment (ADE/DEP/VPP) through Apple Business Manager
- Develop Bash, Zsh, or Python scripts for automation
- Manage end-to-end device lifecycle (onboarding to decommissioning)
- Implement patch management using Windows Update for Business and macOS policies
- Configure and manage Windows Autopilot deployments
- Develop and enforce compliance policies integrated with Conditional Access and vulnerability remediation
- Manage Microsoft Intune for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
- Integrate solutions with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Graph API
- Provide L3 support and ensure SLA adherence
- Develop SOPs and technical documentation
- Collaborate with global IT and security teams
