Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 10 to 14 years of experience with payroll systems, payroll processing, and/or HRIS platforms (ADP, Paychex, Deel, SAP, Workday, or similar preferred) - Experience with ADP Global View and Celegro is a must - US / UK / Middle East payroll processing exposure - Global Payroll exp (UAE, Saudi Arabia, US, Canada, LATAM, Europe, UK, APAC & ASEAN Regions) - Processing and reviewing/analysis of end-to-end payroll to completion. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; delivers engaging, informative, well thought out presentations - Analytical abilities, strong judgement and management skills, ability to work effectively with Business, HR and IT Leaders.



- Strong critical thinking skills-Robust understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements Understanding the process, ensuring efficient incident resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction by monitoring performance, balancing workloads, acting as an escalation point, and fostering a positive customer service culture
