Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop current project sales opportunities through market research, networking, and client visits.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, builders, industrial clients, and key decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
- Coordinate with the Design, Production, and Operations teams for timely project execution.
- Track project progress and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, CRM, and project reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars,



and business development events.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve customer concerns.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) is preferred.

Experience
- 3-8 years of experience in Project Sales, B2B Sales, Industrial Sales, Construction Sales, Engineering Sales, or Manufacturing Sales.

Required Skills:
- Strong project sales and business development skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Good understanding of project sales cycles and tender processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and project discussions.
