Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesCustomer Calling
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided data.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, interest rates, repayment terms, and benefits.
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication.

Sales & Conversion
- Generate quality leads and convert them into successful loan disbursements.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with interested customers until the loan process is completed.
- Handle objections professionally and convert prospects into customers.

Customer Assistance
- Assist customers in uploading and submitting required documents.
- Coordinate with the Credit and Operations teams for faster loan processing.
- Ensure customers receive regular updates regarding their loan status.

CRM Management
- Update customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
- Maintain complete customer records.
- Record follow-up schedules and remarks after every interaction.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Documentation




- Ensure all required KYC and supporting documents are collected.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve documentation issues.

Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Encourage repeat business and customer referrals.
- Deliver a positive customer experience to enhance customer satisfaction.

Compliance
- Follow company policies and RBI guidelines applicable to loan sales.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Avoid mis-selling and ensure transparent communication with customers.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi (English communication is an added advantage).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build customer trust quickly.
- Positive listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
