Position Overview

The Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring workplace safety protocols, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and promoting a safe working setting across fabrication and manufacturing operations. This role is critical in minimizing risks and safeguarding employees, equipment, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA, ISO, BIS, and local safety regulations.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential hazards in fabrication processes (welding, cutting, scaffolding, heavy equipment handling).
- Training & Awareness: Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks, and refresher training for workers and operators.
- Incident Management: Record, investigate, and report accidents, near-misses, and unsafe practices.
- Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement fire safety, evacuation,



and first-aid response plans.
- Coordination: Work with HR & Admin teams to align safety policies with workforce management and shift schedules.
- Documentation: Maintain safety records, audit reports, and compliance certificates.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month

Education:

Experience:
- Manufacturing engineering: 3 years (required)

Language:
- Hindi, Gujarati (preferred)

License/Certification:
