Selected applicants will be matched to a team and will need to co-locate, teams could be in Hyderabad, Gurugram, Mumbai or Bengaluru.

Application Information and Instructions:
- Apprenticeships are not a full time permanent opportunity, the program is 24 months in duration. While the program is open to those who are interested in Project Management careers, recent graduates and individuals with work experience in other industries may apply.- Once onboarded, apprentices are expected to stay committed to the primary location they are staffed at for the duration of apprenticeship program.
- This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.- The whole process will spread across 18 to 24 weeks, kindly be patient during the same.

GOVERNMENT MANDATES FOR APPLICANTS-
- A person may undergo a maximum two apprenticeship training and the second training shall not be in the same trade.
- Where the contract of apprenticeship is terminated for the failure on the part of the apprentice to carry out the terms of contract,



the apprentice shall not be entitled to enter into another contract of Apprenticeship under the Act with any other employer.

ADDITIONAL APPLICATION GUIDELINES- Where an apprentice has terminated a previous apprenticeship contract, applicable government guidelines on eligibility for joining a new program shall apply

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Less than 1 year of relevant experience in a Project Management role post graduation
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to understand and execute instruction and learn via training documentations and presentations

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in any industry (e.g., Events, Media, Customer Service, Hospitality, Tourism, Accounting, etc.)- Ability to work independently and within a team framework
- Ability to work with ambiguous tasks, find suitable solutions, and seek help/advice where appropriate- Excellent
