_About the Role_

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Chat Process Interns to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who have excellent written communication skills and are eager to gain hands-on experience in customer interaction and lead management.
- Key Responsibilities_
- Handle customer queries through chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer queries.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Eligibility_
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduate or pursuing graduation (preferred).
- Positive written English and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
- Ability to multitask and respond quickly to customer queries.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
