Role:US IT Recruiter
Location: Chennai (Remote)
Shift: Night Shift
Role:
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
- Work as an integral member of the team, motivating one another and communicating effectively at all levels. Required Skills and experience 3+ year experience as a technical recruiter. Bachelors IT or relevant degree.
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles. Valuable knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
- Knowledge with tax terms W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp.
- Experience With ATS.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Chennai, Chennai District)
