We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to drive business growth, build strong customer relationships, and expand our market presence across North Bengal.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase RMC business in the region.
- Identify and acquire current customers including builders, contractors, developers, government projects, and infrastructure companies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Generate leads through site visits, networking, industry events, and referrals.




- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales while maintaining profitability.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining healthy customer relationships.
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop pricing and promotional strategies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.
