Job Title: Reservation Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage table reservations from the podium through calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Welcome guests at the restaurant entrance and coordinate seating arrangements.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and update booking schedules.
- Coordinate with outlet teams to ensure smooth table allocation and guest flow.
- Assist guests with inquiries, availability, and special requests.
- Ensure a seamless and professional guest experience at all times.

Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in restaurant reservations, podium handling, or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage peak-hour reservations efficiently.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Salary:₹18,000-₹25,000 per month
