About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a US-based pharmaceutical/healthcare software development organization and work from our Hyderabad office.

This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can go beyond facilitating Scrum ceremonies and actively contribute to Agile transformation, engineering excellence, delivery predictability, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Scrum Master and Agile servant leader for one or more software development teams.
- Facilitate effective Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement.
- Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Scrum and Agile principles and practices.
- Remove impediments and proactively identify risks affecting delivery.




- Drive continuous improvement in team productivity, quality, collaboration, and delivery predictability.
- Work closely with US-based Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Engineering Teams, and other Agile teams.
- Support Agile transformation and adoption of Agile practices across the organization.
- Promote engineering excellence through collaboration with development, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams.
- Encourage adoption of DevOps, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery, Test Automation, and XP-based engineering practices.
- Track and communicate Agile metrics such as Velocity, Cycle Time, Lead Time, Throughput, Sprint Predictability, Defect Trends, and Release Progress.
- Support teams in establishing meaningful OKRs and measurable delivery outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve flow, reduce bottlenecks, and increase business value delivery.
