ABOUT THE ROLE

Packrite Industries is a manufacturer and supplier of specialty papers and finished printed products serving the food and beverage industry. We are looking for a senior sales qualified to own the top line of the business — building and managing large institutional accounts, driving export and high seas sales, and converting long-term annual contracts with multinational and large domestic customers.

This is a front-line, ownership role. The person will carry revenue and margin responsibility, will be expected to travel to customers and be personally present in negotiations, and will work closely with the factory and finance teams to ensure that what is sold is delivered profitably and on time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES





Revenue & Account Ownership
- Own the annual sales plan for specialty paper and finished printed products — volume, revenue and contribution margin.
- Acquire, develop and retain key accounts in the food and beverage sector, including MNC customers, QSR chains, dairy, beverage, confectionery, bakery and FMCG converters.
- Negotiate and close large annual rate contracts and volume commitments, including price escalation and de-escalation clauses linked to raw material movement.
- Manage the full sales cycle: enquiry, sampling, technical validation, costing, quotation, negotiation, order, delivery follow-up and post-supply service.

Export, High Seas & International Business
- Develop and service export customers, including identification of markets, agents, distributors and direct buyers.
