Key Qualities and Responsibilities:
- 10+ years of experience in the Health Insurance / TPA industry
- Strong understanding of claims management, provider network management, hospital empanelment, operations, and regulatory compliance
- Experience managing large teams and stakeholder relationships with insurers and hospitals
- Experience working with multiple TPAs
